How a service is run

Book with your registration number and what the car is doing, and we call back to confirm a slot.
When the car arrives, the odometer, your complaint and the car’s condition go on a job card before anyone touches it.
You see the estimate line by line and approve or decline each item. Only what you approve gets done.
If we find something mid-service, it comes back to you for approval. It is never added to the bill quietly.
The car gets a final check, and you get an itemised invoice listing everything replaced against your registration.

The workshop is run by R. Dhandapani, who has 40 years in the trade and still runs it. It is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 21:00, at 96, Vellalar Street, Kodambakkam, which is close enough to Vadapalani, Ashok Nagar and T. Nagar that most customers drive in rather than wait for a pickup.
