Privacy Policy

The short version

This website has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The booking form does not send anything to a server of ours: it composes a message that you then send us over WhatsApp, or reads out for you to give over the phone. Until you send it, your details stay in your own browser.

What we collect, and when

When you book a service, the form asks for:

• Your name and phone number, so we can confirm a slot back to you.
• Your vehicle registration and make, so the job is recorded against the right car.
• What the car is doing, and the date you would like.
• If you ask us to collect the car, a pickup address — and, only if you press “Use current location” and allow it, your coordinates.

We receive these only when you send the message. Once you are a customer, we keep a job card and invoice history against your registration number, because that record is what lets us service the car properly next time and is required for tax purposes.

Location

Your location is never read in the background. It is requested only when you press “Use current location” on the booking form, and your browser will ask your permission first. The coordinates are used to look up a street address to put in the form, and to give whoever collects your car a map link. You can decline and simply type the address instead.

Third parties this page contacts

Loading or using parts of this site involves these companies. We do not control their practices, so their own policies apply.

• Google Maps — The map in the footer is embedded from Google. Loading it sends your IP address to Google and may set Google cookies. When the footer comes into view. Their privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — Sending a booking opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled. The message is sent by you, from your own account, under WhatsApp’s terms. Only when you submit the booking form. Their privacy policy.
• Instagram (Meta) — Where reel previews are shown, the thumbnail images are served by Instagram, which means your IP address is visible to Meta. The videos themselves play on Instagram, not here. When the gallery section loads, and only if reel previews are configured. Their privacy policy.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — If you press "Use current location" for a pickup, your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap to look up a street address. We do not store them. Only when you press that button and allow location access. Their privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The embedded Google map may set cookies from Google when the footer loads — that is Google’s, not ours, and you can block it in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for marketing. We share them only where the work requires it — for example with your insurer when we are handling an accident claim on your behalf, or with a parts supplier to order the right component — or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call +91 98410 54174or come into the workshop and ask. We may need to confirm who you are before making changes to a vehicle’s record.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
