Who we are

Hi-Tech Car Care is a multi-brand car service, repair and body-work workshop at 96, Vellalar Street, Gangai Amman Colony, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600024, Tamil Nadu. You can reach us on +91 98410 54174.

Bookings are requests, not confirmations

Submitting the booking form on this website sends us a message. It does not reserve a slot. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to you and say so. If you have not heard from us, please call before bringing the car in.

We are open 09:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

Estimates and approval

Before work starts we record the odometer, your complaint and the condition of the car on a job card, and we give you an estimate broken down line by line. You approve or decline each item, and only what you approve is carried out.

If we find something else once work is underway, it goes back to you for approval before we touch it. Nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.

An estimate is our best assessment at the time it is given. Where a fault cannot be diagnosed without dismantling, we will tell you that before you approve the work.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are quoted on your estimate and confirmed on your invoice, which lists every part replaced against your registration number. Taxes apply as required by law. Payment terms are those stated on the invoice.

Your vehicle while it is with us

Please remove valuables and personal belongings before leaving the car with us, and tell us about anything unusual in how the vehicle behaves. You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised by its owner to have this work done.

Arrangements for storage, collection and pickup — including any deposit — are agreed with you at the time of booking.

Insurance work

Where a repair is being claimed through your insurer, the work, its scope and its cost are subject to that insurer’s survey and approval. We will handle the paperwork alongside the repair, but we cannot commit to what an insurer will accept.

Using this website

These terms apply to hitechcarcare.com, the only website operated by Hi-Tech Car Care. If you have reached a page about this workshop at any other address, it is not ours and we cannot answer for what it says.

The content of this site is provided for information. We keep it accurate as best we can, but service availability, prices and timings can change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of a particular outcome for your vehicle.

Please do not submit anyone else’s personal details through the booking form without their permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
